Please read over our policies carefully before booking.

 Cancellation Policies

At Dahlia Beauty Bar, we understand that life can be unpredictable, but as a small business, we rely on our guests to honor their appointments. Our dedicated estheticians work independently and depend on our valued clients to maintain a thriving business. To ensure the best possible experience for everyone, we have established the following cancellation policies:

Card on File Requirement:

All appointments at Dahlia Beauty Bar require a valid card on file to secure your scheduled timeslot. This card will not be charged unless it is client’s preferred method of payment at time of checkout or in the event of a last minute cancellation or no call no show.

Cancellation Notice/Late Cancellation Fee:

Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to adjust our schedules accordingly. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee compensates our estheticians for their time and commitment.

No Call No Show Policy:

Dahlia Beauty Bar has zero tolerance for no call no shows. Clients who fail to show up for their appointments without prior notice will be charged the full 100% of the scheduled service. This policy ensures fairness to our estheticians and other clients who may have desired the same time slot.

Declined Card and Invoice:

In the event that the card on file declines after a last minute cancellation or no call no show, client will receive an invoice via email for our esthetician’s time reserved for their appointment. Clients who owe will be unable to book a service at Dahlia Beauty Bar until invoice is paid in full.

Appointment Abuse and Denial of Service:

Dahlia Beauty Bar reserves the right to deny service to clients who repeatedly fail to show up for appointments, cancel last minute, or abuse our scheduling system. We value the time and commitment of both our estheticians and clients and seek to create a positive experience for everyone.

Cancellation Procedure:

At the time of booking, clients will receive a confirmation email. Changes to appointments can be made up until 48 hours prior to the start time of the appointment. To cancel or make changes to your appointment, please visit the link in your email or contact your service provider directly through text or email. We kindly request that clients refrain from making cancellations via phone calls.

 Additional Policies

Late Arrival Policy:

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late to their appointments may be asked to reschedule and counted as a last minute cancellation. We value the time and experience of both our clients and estheticians, and promptness helps us maintain our schedule.

Service Satisfaction and Corrections:

If you are dissatisfied with the results of a service, please contact your service provider within 24 hours of the initial service. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly correct any issues at no additional cost during this timeframe. Please note that refunds are not offered, as our estheticians take the necessary time to deliver the highest quality service.

Deposit Policy:

A deposit may be required to book certain services or packages. This deposit will be credited towards your service or product purchase. All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to future services if the appointment is rescheduled within our policy window. Last minute cancellations and no call no shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and ensures fair compensation for our estheticians.

An invoice for a deposit for multiple services booked may be sent by our estheticians via email to hold your appointment timeslot. Failure to put down a deposit within 24 hours of boking may result in cancellation of appointment.

Open-Floor Concept:

Dahlia Beauty Bar features a unique open-floor concept for the safety and comfort of all guests. To create a safe and serene environment, and to provide the best possible experience, we kindly request that clients refrain from bringing children to appointments unless the child is receiving a service. In such cases, a parent or guardian must be present.

Lash Extension Policies

Please note that we are not accepting new lash extension guests at this time. Lash extension appointments are for current reoccurring clients only.

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking a full set of lash extensions to hold appointments. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service.

A patch test must be performed on new lash clients that have never had lash extensions applied, a minimum of 48 hours prior to scheduled lash appointment to ensure no allergic reaction has occurred.

Fill appointments are for current clients only. If you currently have lash extensions and are interested in having your lashes done at Dahlia, please contact us before booking. An additional fee for foreign fills may apply.

Lash extensions must be filled every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness. A minimum of 40% of lash extensions must be remaining at the time of fill appointments. Anything less is considered a full set.

Allergic reactions to lash extensions can vary based on individual sensitivity. Despite our best efforts to use high-quality products and conduct patch tests, each person's skin may react differently to lash adhesives or materials. In the rare event that you experience discomfort or notice any adverse reactions during or after the lash extension application, please notify your technician immediately. The application process will be halted, and appropriate measures will be taken to ensure your safety. Our technicians are trained to respond to allergic reactions promptly and efficiently. However, Dahlia Beauty Bar cannot be held responsible for unforeseen reactions, and clients are encouraged to seek medical attention for severe allergies.
