Appointments must be scheduled via our website or in-person at the time of your appointment. Our booking system reflects the soonest available openings up to 90 days in advance. If you'd like to be added to the waitlist for a specific date or time, please add yourself to the list via our booking application and we will reach out if that time becomes available. We kindly ask that guests refrain from walking in to schedule appointments.

A valid credit card is required to hold all appointment timeslots to enforce our cancellation policy and speed up checkout at the time of your appointment. This card will not be charged unless a cancellation is made after our 48-hour window, a no-show occurs, or if you choose to use it for payment.

Automated text and email reminders are sent at the time of booking. Changes can be made up to 48 hours prior via the link in the reminder email. For changes within 48 hours, contact your service provider directly through text or email. A fee of 50% may be applied for late cancellations.

Every individual’s needs differ. Typically, brows are scheduled every 4-6 weeks, lash lifts every 6-8 weeks, and facials are recommended every 4-6 weeks for optimal results.

We ask that guests refrain from bringing guests or children unless the child is being serviced, in which a parent or guardian must be present. This helps ensure a relaxing experience for all clients.

While we’re in the studio regularly, we don't follow a rigid 9-to-5. Our schedule shifts based on the rituals we have booked and the rhythm of the day.
Because we’re often tucked away in a service with a guest, we don't recommend stopping in to shop without checking our hours first. We’d really hate to miss you! We keep our Google listing updated in real-time to accurately reflect when we're actually in the space, so always give that a quick look before you head our way.

Yes! Please disclose any allergies prior to your treatment. If you'd like to schedule a patch test for brow or lash services, contact us ahead of time.
