How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments must be scheduled via our website or in person. Our booking system reflects the soonest available openings up to 90 days in advance. If you'd like to be added to the waitlist for a specific date or time, please fill out our contact form with your name, phone number, and availability, and we will reach out if that time becomes available.

Why do I need a credit card on file to book an appointment?
A valid credit card is required to hold all appointment timeslots to enforce our cancellation policy and speed up checkout at the time of your appointment. This card will not be charged unless a cancellation is made after our 48-hour window, a no-show occurs, or if you choose to use it for payment.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Automated text and email reminders are sent at the time of booking. Changes can be made up to 48 hours prior via the link in the reminder email. For changes within 48 hours, contact your service provider directly through text or email. A fee of 50% may be applied for late cancellations.

Do you accept walk-in appointments?
We are by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins at this time.

How often do I need to come in for each service?
Every individual’s needs differ. Typically, brows are scheduled every 4-6 weeks, lash lifts every 6-8 weeks, and facials are recommended every 4-6 weeks for optimal results.

Can I bring a guest/child to my appointment?
We ask that guests refrain from bringing guests or children unless the child is being serviced, in which a parent or guardian must be present. This helps ensure a relaxing experience for all clients.

Are you able to accommodate allergies?
Yes! Please disclose any allergies prior to your treatment. If you'd like to schedule a patch test for brow or lash services, contact us ahead of time.

Are the products used during my facial available for purchase?
Yes, all products used in treatments are available for purchase, including Botnia, LILFOX, and Dahlia Skincare products. You can shop in-store or online at shopdahliabeauty.com.

Will you donate to my cause?
As an employee-owned small business, we strive to give back to our community but, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate every donation request. Currently, we focus our donations on local organizations that support wildlife and animal sanctuaries, as this aligns with our values and commitment to the environment. We appreciate your understanding and support.
