Sam Zbikowski
Owner/Advanced Esthetician
Hi there! My name is Sam Zbikowski. I am a Board Certified Advanced Esthetician with a focus on holistic skincare and wellness, brow and lash specialist, and the owner of Dahlia Beauty Bar and Dahlia Skincare.
I have been practicing esthetics since 2015 and am most passionate about enhancing natural beauty with the highest quality, non-toxic treatments available. I believe in taking a more holistic approach to skincare by using products that are pure, safe, and natural, which is why I proudly hand-selected Botnia, LILFOX, and formulated Dahlia Skincare products to create custom treatments for our guests using the power of plants and a variety of holistic modalities, such as gua sha and facial cupping, during our treatments. I understand that no two individuals are the same and highly enjoy creating custom skin regimens and brow and lash maps that effectively target each area of concern, boost confidence, or simply help to slow down and relax.
My vision with Dahlia was to create a warm, earthy space where all feel welcome, loved, and at peace while receiving intentional treatments. In the vibrant landscape of skincare, Dahlia blooms as a testament to the beauty of diversity and the radiant connection between nature and our skin. Named after the sun-loving dahlia flowers native to Mexico, we are more than a beauty brand; it's a celebration of my heritage, our individuality, and the artistic inspiration drawn from the rich tapestry of Mexican culture. Our brand recognizes that, just as each dahlia is distinct, every individual's skin is a canvas of uniqueness, deserving of personalized care and attention. Outside of the shop, you will find me spending most of my time with my love, Erik, our two rescue pups, Carlos and Lola, and caring for my abundance of geckos and frogs. It is no surprise that I love all things natural skincare and continuing my education, spending time outdoors connecting with nature, and advocating for the earth and animals.

Hi love! My name is Emma. You can also call me Em or Emmy. I have been a licensed, Advanced Esthetician for 7 years! I specialize in Brow Artistry, Holistic Skincare and Lash Lifting.
I have been thriving at Dahlia Beauty Bar for about 4 years now, and love our space so much. You’ll always be greeted with warmth when you step into the shop. Incense fills the air, a burbling fountain soothes your mind and the cozy and tranquil vibes make it the best place to relax and work in.
From my humble beginnings at Benefit Brow Bar, I studied and mastered the art of brow shaping for 3 years. I love making my clients dream eyebrows become a reality.
Since starting at Dahlia, I’ve learned about the important role plants play in our skins health and that everything in our bodies is connected. How healing our skin actually happens from within, and by incorporating healthy lifestyle habits and monthly facials, your skin will be positively glowing. Outside of work, my hobbies include Yoga, Pilates, baking, the arts, listening to music, playing video games and spending time with my husband and our two cats. I love being in nature, reading a good book, going to coffee shops, thrifting and watching old Hollywood films.
