At Dahlia, we’re big on the relationships we build with you. We keep these policies in place not to be strict, but to protect the time of our talented skin specialists and ensure every person who walks through our doors gets our full, undivided energy. Clear boundaries mean we can keep our focus exactly where it belongs: on you and the lasting impact of your results. By booking an appointment at Dahlia, you’re letting us know you’ve read and understood how we grow together. You agree to our scheduling and service terms, helping us keep this space sustainable for everyone.

As a small business, we rely on our guests to honor their scheduled times. Our estheticians work independently and depend on your reliability to maintain a thriving practice.
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will only be charged if it is your preferred method of payment at checkout, or in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee compensates our providers for the reserved time.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for no-shows. Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Should a card on file decline, an invoice will be sent via email. Outstanding balances must be settled in full before any future appointments can be booked.
We reserve the right to deny service to clients who repeatedly cancel last-minute or otherwise abuse the scheduling system.

Promptness helps us stay on track for everyone and ensures you get the full, unhurried Dahlia experience.
We value your time and our estheticians’ busy schedules. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to complete your service. In these instances, your appointment may be treated as a late cancellation, and the 50% fee will apply to compensate the specialist for their reserved time.
To ensure a serene environment, we recommend arriving just a few minutes early to settle in before your appointment time.

Dahlia features a unique open-floor concept where our specialists work in close quarters to create a communal yet high-end experience. To maintain a safe, serene, and professional environment for all guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:
Because our space is cozy and shared, we respectfully ask that clients refrain from bringing children or animals to their appointments. The only exception is for minors receiving a service themselves, in which case a parent or guardian must remain present. Our open layout contains professional-grade equipment and products; keeping the floor clear of extra guests and pets ensures a safe workflow for our estheticians and clients.
To ensure a relaxing experience for everyone in the room, please turn off your phone volume or use headphones before entering.
We love a good catch-up, but we ask that everyone keep a mindful volume while in the spa so that all guests can enjoy their "me time" undisturbed.

All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date if the appointment is rescheduled outside of the 48-hour policy window. For larger or multiple services, your esthetician may send a deposit invoice via email. Failure to secure this deposit within 24 hours of booking may result in the cancellation of your time slot. Late cancellations and no-shows result in the immediate forfeiture of any paid deposit.

Gift cards purchased for Dahlia Beauty Bar (Sam Zbikowski) are not redeemable for services with Emmy’s Esthetics (Emma Salazar) or Beauty by Breah (Breah Ruger), and vice versa. Please ensure you are purchasing for the correct provider. Present your physical card or unique code at the time of service. Only Dahlia Beauty Bar gift cards can be used for in-store or online retail purchases at Dahlia Beauty Bar | shopdahliabeauty.com or on services with Sam. Visit our Gifting page for more details.
Gift cards do not expire; however, paper gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue.
All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash and should be treated as cash. We cannot replace lost or stolen cards. Gift cards must be present at the time of purchase to be redeemed.
Punch Cards: We love rewarding our regulars! To receive a punch toward your future discount, your physical loyalty card must be present at the time of service. To keep our systems simple and accurate, we are unable to retroactively issue punches or "double up" on your next visit if a card was forgotten. Think of it like your golden ticket. Keep it tucked in your wallet so we can celebrate your loyalty every time!

If you feel dissatisfied with your results, please reach out to your service provider within 24 hours of your initial appointment.
We are happy to schedule a complimentary correction to ensure your satisfaction, provided the request is made within that 24-hour window.
Because our estheticians dedicate significant time and premium products to every guest, we do not offer refunds on services.
To maintain your results, please follow the specific aftercare instructions provided by your esthetician. We cannot be responsible for results impacted by improper home care or the use of non-recommended products.
