This 90-minute experience blends self-inquiry with restorative sound to support your nervous system and nourish your spirit.
Through guided journaling prompts, you’ll explore what it means to nurture yourself and others—whether you’re navigating motherhood, healing your inner child, or simply seeking space to slow down and soften. After writing, you’ll settle in for a grounding sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and soothing vocal tones.
What to Bring:
• A journal and pen
• A yoga mat or blanket to lie on
• Any props or cozy layers for comfort (pillows, bolsters, eye mask, etc.)

This session is open to all. You don’t need any experience with journaling or sound baths—just come as you are.
